Lakeside Wedding in Madison, WI | Carrie + David

On maybe the hottest day of the year, Carrie and David tied the knot in Madison, Wisconsin.

The day started at the Madison Concourse Hotel for some detail shots and candid getting ready. The couple chose not to have a first look, so we headed straight to the church. After a sweet church ceremony, we headed down to the Memorial Union for some lakeside photos between breaks in the shade. The party bus also made a stop at the iconic Capitol building.

My favorite part of the day was when David found an unchained bike and rode it around for a moment. Of course, we had to incorporate it into their couple’s portraits.

The day ended at the Tinsmith with dinner, heartfelt speeches and dances, and a jam-packed dance floor. Cheers to the happy couple!
