Industrial Summer Wedding in Madison | Kevin + Mercedez

Kevin + Mercedez’s day was filled with so much love and intention. We started with details and getting ready moments at the Garver Feed Mill in Madison, Wisconsin. They opted not to do a first look, so we headed straight to Warner Park for their ceremony. Kevin is a musician and music is very important in their relationship, so they had several close family and friends perform significant songs during their ceremony. Of course their pup made an appearance, too.

After the ceremony, we hopped on the party bus and headed to Slice’s Bar & Grill. This hole in the wall is not a typical wedding day stop, but it is where the couple met and had their first date. We had to take a few photos by the sign to commemorate the landmark.

Next, we headed downtown to snap photos all around State Street, one of their favorite coffee shops Michaelangelo’s, and the Capitol building. This day was especially hot and sunny, so we snuck inside the building for a few shots, too.

We ended the day at the Garver Feed Mill for their reception with amazing food and heartfelt speeches. The night ended with a packed dance floor and a special performance by the Madison area legend, Pat McCurdy!
